Arkansas County Housing Authority (ACHA) has numerous and ongoing business opportunities for providers of various services and products. All Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and all procurement actions are subject to ACHA's procurement policies and federal guidelines. ACHA encourages the participation of Section 3 Businesses, Minority Business Enterprises, and Women Business Enterprises in response to available contracts.

ACHA follows the guidelines and policies of the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), as well as local and state authorities in our procurement processes.
