Resident Reminders

• Rent is Due the First of the Month and no later than the Tenth of the Month, and NO LATE PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. If the Tenth of the month falls on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the deadline is the next business day.
• Any Change to the Household MUST be reported within ten (10) days.
• DO NOT smoke inside your unit; you can and will be fined.
• 1st Offense: $250  
• 2nd Offense: may result in Lease termination
• DO NOT park or drive on the grass.
• DO NOT wash vehicles.
• DO NOT change oil or service vehicles on the premises.
• NO swimming pools, slip n slides, swing sets, or trampolines.
• DO NOT park in or block other tenants' parking spaces. If you or your guest park in or block other tenants' parking spaces, the vehicle will be towed at your expense.
